To make a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with Sunworkshop.uk, you must contact Sunworkshop.uk by email at helpdesk@sunworkshop.uk, by telephone on +441253272159 or by logging into your account with Sunworkshop .uk.
Please have your order number ready and provide a reason for your request in order to expedite the refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a standard 2 day response period and we will notify you of the results by email. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with prior notice.
In the case of a direct debit, the refund request can only be processed after a period of 6 weeks from the payment date, which is necessary for the completion of the banking procedure. Sunworkshop.uk will only review and respond to your refund request at the end of this 6 week period.
Refund, return or exchange requests are accepted up to 30 days from the date you placed your Order with Sunworkshop.uk. Sunworkshop.uk may grant extensions to this period for certain special cases and Products at its discretion.
If you choose to pay by check or postal order, you can cancel your Order before making payment or in the event that payment is not received by us within 30 days Sunworkshop.uk will cancel your Order.
You can submit an order cancellation request the same day you place your order. Please note that if the Order has already been dispatched or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancellation request.
Some products have special return conditions as described in the Order or delivered Product materials ("Product Terms"), so please read carefully before making an inquiry with Sunworkshop.uk. In the event of any misunderstanding between Sunworkshop.uk's refund policy and the product terms, this refund policy will prevail. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except due to an error by Sunworkshop.uk, when you need to contact Sunworkshop.uk and make a formal request.
